"We have an open plot on which Mr. Jitendra helped us construct a house on two floors. We needed a large open space all around the building and a spacious hall. He got the plans made according to our specifications and suggested the required changes. We hadn't originally planned for a balcony in the first floor but he took the initiative to go ahead and integrate one on each side. Now the house looks more airy and well lit with an outdoor area because of that. He insisted on good quality of construction materials even though other people suggested some shortcut methods. I was especially very happy with quality of bricks as they were free of impurities. He got us good, sturdy gates. He also used good quality paints instead of using the cheapest ones. So, overall the quality of materials used was of standard, good quality. The watchman could have done a better job with water curing. But he completed the whole house with perseverance and dedication. He did not back down in the face of difficulties. He handled the labour extremely well and got them to work as per our requirements. He arranged for alternate people when some teams left midway. Overall I would say that labour and materials management and execution are his strong skills. He is a strong, reliable person who gets things done. So we wish him all the very best for his future endeavours."
